Most personal training is designed to keep you reliant on the trainer… my process is the opposite.
My goal is to give you the skills, the knowledge, and the direction for where you need to go in your fitness journey to make you independent, competent and confident

After our initial call, In person training begins with a movement screen and a biodex/body composition test.

You will Receive trainerize access and my coaching template to leave room for no blind spots for your success.

If you are training in my gym, you are part of my community. I will ensure you are welcome, and get to meet all of the members and staff of where we train.
