Initial Call

The first step is simply a conversation. We will meet virtually for 45 minutes to discuss your pertinent history, goals, and see if it will be a good fit

Throughout the process, communication is ongoing. Whether it be day to day questions, or formal weekly/bi-weekly calls, we will communicate regularly. We will make small tweaks and changes as needed to ensure adherence and success

  • The Basic Plan is designed for individuals who want a structured, effective training program while maintaining a high level of independence. You’ll receive a personalized program along with access to the coaching template and Trainerize to track your workouts and progress.

    This option is ideal for those who are comfortable training on their own but want expert programming to ensure they are following a clear and effective plan.

  • The Standard Plan is designed for those who want structure, accountability, and consistent support. The focus is on execution and staying consistent with your training while having guidance when you need it.

    This plan includes form review and feedback to ensure your movements are performed correctly and effectively. It’s a great fit for clients who are ready to take their training seriously and want regular guidance to build confidence and progress in the gym.

  • The Premium Plan offers the highest level of support and coaching. In addition to personalized programming, you’ll receive priority communication and a weekly 30-minute coaching call to review progress, discuss adjustments, and address any questions.

    This plan is ideal for clients who want a more hands-on coaching experience and value consistent guidance, accountability, and collaboration throughout their training journey.
